The UX is cumbersome. Too many clicks needed. Suggestions: I agree with others that the most recent day should be at the bottom in the app. And i love the calendar export idea. Misc item should be 'Note' & shouldn't show up on reports as a Symptom. Rather than what meal or if it's a drink, why not just enter "Item" or let the user specify their categories? That way we can skip some clicks. I'm still waiting for an app that'll watch for symptom/food correlations looking back up to 3 or 4 days.

Does the job. No frills (even though it could use a few) I bought the app, which seemed priced appropriately for what it does. I do hope to see some updates, maybe icon choices between breakfast, lunch and dinner to better distinguish between the three instead of the same icon. Maybe a choice of colors. A little bit would go a long way to making this app great.

Very simple and easy to use. No database of any kind for food or symptoms, but I guess that just means it's ultra customizable since you just enter everything yourself. Would love to be able to switch out of 24-hour format, to be about to keep track of calories since I struggle to get enough since developing my food intolerances, and the ability to export my information on a weekly basis to easily share with my Dr would be really great as well.
