I honestly love the app, but there is one issue with this app that makes my blood boil. You would have 10 unread messages, and you open the messages and delete it them, to only find them back at your 10 unread. The app does not allow you to delete messages and keeps messages on unread, no matter how many times you open and delete the message.

Nice and professional app. Deducting one star though because it's a bit kak if you switch phones - you're required to take a selfie during setup and if, like me, Home Affairs doesn't have your photo on record then you're forced to visit a branch. Some work in this area is indicated, like for example sending a verification code to the app on your old phone so you don't have to jump through this annoying hoop.

What I find very inconvenient is the in-app notification feature. Let's say you have 50 unread messages in the app. It would make things so much easier to have a "mark all" or "unmark all" feature, where you can either mark all messages as either read or unread. Also, I find it bothersome when you read a message, its still marked in bold as "unread" despite having read it before.
