Love shopping at LightinTheBox. The reasonable prices, usually quick check in & out, the fast delivery goes a long way. Sometimes items are way to big or too small but rarely. Otherwise I would give a five-star if it wasn't for the surety of an correct purchase everytime I don't guess you would get that from anyone, anymore. So I will continue to use this app.

It's a good app for finding deals, Make sure that you read the shipping policies though and enter your address incorrectly as I had mine in wrong and they ended up shipping the item back instead of just leaving it at the local post office. They also said in order to have it shipped back I would have to pay full shipping plus half of the original price of the item. They did end up helping me out after opening a complaint ticket, so overall I would recommend this app.

The buying process & shipping wasn't bad. Don't be fooled some of the pictures on this app are very misleading. however the main reason for 1 star is bc since downloading the app, I've had various texts and emails from random spam. Upon reporting spam, I was asked if I want to unsubscribe. which I thought was strange bc I didn't sign up for anything. I checked the subscription to the randos it was the name of the app. It's giving out my info. I'm closing acc & uninstalling. You've been warned.
