The app is fine, but the customer service number sucks. I wanted to talk to someone about specific items, but there's no option to speak to anyone. Neither an agent in another country or someone from the store I need info from. The store is great the prices are fair the brands are awesome and the people are always friendly. I just want a better number I can call

Pretty healthy UX, except for not being able to escape from a rewards animation, and coming from a picky UX Designer, this is a very good thing. very easy to use, gives me all the features I need with nothing I don't. I love how simple and helpful this little app is. I use it every week when planning my groceries, and it's easy to use in the store, especially for pulling up my loyalty ID.

So-so app. Difficult to manage shopping lists, which need to be a home page button on its own. In it the ability to easily edit & delete are required in order for it to be of any use in the store. I have yet to see a shopper using their phone in store; most rely on good old fashioned paper. That said, even though I have to drive more than 45 minutes, passing Shop Rite, Acme, & Aldi, I prefer Lidl! The quality & prices are the BEST! PLEASE BUILD MORE STORES.
