ability to control by zone is great. I do doubt the real temperature of the room versus the temperature recorded. Also there are some annoying optimisation and automation rules that whikst funky and valuable are damn complex to control and manage. For example if the zoned area thinks a wondow is open it drops the thermostat control to 5 degC. This is annoying when you know that there was no window open and you want to override it. otherwise a great system and oays back within 2 years.

Buggy but usable. Pretty basic app just sets the schedule but fairly reliable, main issue is app regularly hangs and won't let you login. Also sometimes seems to set a random temp target, not what you have programmed. Lacks advanced features such as geo fencing and no graphs showing any data about temperatures or any way to monitor costs. Old house had tado which had much better interface and features. Also if connection is lost to trvs it will set all radiators to 20C so beware.

Poor star rating due to the fact that at least once a day, if not every time I open the app, it crashes, and I have to log back in with my email. Or it it takes that long to open you have frozen. it never used to be like this but has got really bad recently. I have had this system to control my heating for many years on the whole, it's ok. it's a little complicated to set up and not as easy as others to adjust or boost, but with such a big investment for 16 rads, I'm not going to change it now.
