The app was working fine but recently the emails I had added to identity protection monitoring have disappeared and I cannot re-add an email address. Every time I try to add my email again, the app hangs and it never completes the process. Obviously I am concerned about paying for a monthly service that isn't actually working properly. Can you verify which version # the most recent update has? Can someone please respond?????????

Not sure what is going on, but for a long while it has been saying it is doing a scheduled scan FAR before the time scheduled. Also, I have it set to give me a notification but it doesn't, no clue if it is actually doing anything. I've been over it 100 times. I've uninstalled, and reinstalled countless times. I deleted cache, and everything you can think of, nothingthing works. Still not working correctly. Also, to the creator, do not contact me here. I don't get notified here.

It did not come pre-installed, has an uninstall option, but will not STAY uninstalled. It does NOT have the "disable" function that other bloatware DOES have, and which I DO know how to use - that is NOT a solution, despite what a response to my original review has suggested. Oh and the app no longer shows up in my list of apps, yet the play store has "open" and "update" as options. So it's not only unoriginal, and unstoppable, it's also completely hidden!
