Navigation is pretty easy. But like most restaurant apps, some features of in-store ordering are missing, such as no, little, or extra ice, gravy, or sauce on certain menu items. There has been some improvements though, such as they got around to adding drink size options for their combos. One last problem with the app is sometimes, depending on the time too, some locations are tagged as closed when in reality, they are actually still open.

I love the app but.... i dont like i cant order an all whole wing meal and i have to watch my pickup time when time zone changes. Oh i love the offers and the point system. Also I wish it was a way We can send messages to the staff. sometimes they staple my bag up and don't put no napkins or utensils in there. Maybe the apps should have an option for that or if we just want to relay any kind of messages.

I had wanted to earn points to my account while ordering in person at register, or ability to apply in app coupons/promos to my in person order via a scannable qr code etc, and there us no such feature. I was disappointed to see that there was not a feature for in store payments. I had glitches signing up on the app and website initially, saying I had an account when I hadn't. Otherwise, Easy user interface very clean and organized. Full menu availability with each individual stores pricing!
