The products are wonderful, but fulfillment is a little slow. And the app, while aesthetically well-designed can be a little counter-intuitive. But the teas are worth the effort to learn how to maneuver around the app.

Love the tea, shopping is fine, but the payment interface is terrible. I had to enter my card info several times because the "same as mailing address" check block doesn't work and it took me trouble shooting errors to fix it. If their oolong wasn't so amazing I'd have given up on this app. Some of the best teas I've ever had.

Clean and simple. Easy to navigate and explore the different tea. I love how they lay out the different brew time and temp for different tea too. Easy to reference when you're brewing. :)
