Cox is a bit overpriced for what you get, but I have limited options in my area. I am using their cell program. The low-end galaxy phone is a piece of junk that's been out for repairs after a few months of minimal use. All Cox did was try to "upgrade" my phone to one thats TRIPLE the price. No, thank you. I need to send it back for repairs AGAIN! Cox cell support is horrible. I'm saving a few bucks on the pay-as-you-gig program, but the headaches aren't really worth it.

paying for a service that only works 35 percent of the time, but can't find anywhere to cancel without having to talk to someone from India and the only fix they offered was to have a technician come out with an upgraded plan costing me more instead of sending someone to fix the issue. My phone hot spot has ran better more consistently without issue and it's only 25 a month from at&t. 😂

I really thought Cox would make a difference in my home because I read good reviews. But it really isn't, the internet speed varies quite a bit and thank God I live in the small room where I don't need to move too much, which allows me to have pretty much constant internet, but it does vary enough to freeze during zoom video calls. I've tried ethernet, the same thing happens, I rebooted my system several times, nothing changes. Fiber would be better but can't get it here.
