The app is fine (when I can actually use it), but very time I've tried to place an order lately, there's always an issue. Either I'm told "Something went wrong" after trying to log in, biometric log-in doesn't work, or my entire order gets wiped after trying to leave the app for a moment to message someone just to confirm an order. It's infuriating how inconsistent this app is. Even when I can use it, there are very long delay times between pressing an option and anything actually happening.

Buggy and broken. App down the entire weekend. Buggy and difficult to use. Needs a CANCEL button, becuase it misdirects your order to the wrong Subway location. The location search is pathetic, you have to scroll thru locatioins many miles away, before you get to the one 1-mile away. Would be easier to build a time machine, travel back ten years, and order from Quiznos. Oh for crying out loud!

Your app is still not mobile friendly. I'm trying to select a location and it won't allow the pop-up to scroll up or down. It's just like it's stuck in one central location. You can't even select anything! What was this update supposed to fix? Because so far me attempting to use this app on multiple occasions has yielded nothing but frustration. I'mma need y'all to go back to the damn drawing board on this one!
