This app is getting more and more hard to operate. It now, since the update, doesn't let me login with my face or biometrics, it forces me to use my password, but then when I'm halfway through my password, it logs me in suddenly.... Just one of the main annoyances. It so slow to load up my account info compared to other FI apps I use. I love the FI itself, just wish their app was on the same page

App is less user friendlyand more work! I don't want my balances coming up on the home screen. Preferred having multiple icons on home screen so I could just tap to what I wanted - balances, transfers, mobile deposits, etc. No I have to select the drop down to get to where I want to go. All you've done is required more hunting and clicks. Same with online. Not upgrades from a user perspective.

MUCH cleaner interface. I remember the old versions clumsiness and constant glitching. This version? Light-years away. Not only does the sign in work but it looks like a modern app- dare I say better than some mobile banking apps out there! Between the sleek and easy to use look including biometrics for an easier and swifter long in just adds a nice touch.
