If I could rate zero or less I would. OLD app was GREAT, but Daddy always said "if it ain't broke, DON'T FIX IT!" Tried to connect yesterday at Sam's, said old app wasn't compatible with my device (same app & same device for 2 yrs-?). OK- today downloaded the new app & I can't even enter my email to login to my account. Standing in line will be WAY easier & faster. Got along just fine before & will live just fine without this toad of an app.

Talk about being annoyed 😠 I went to order online and check a few items and read I needed to update. I did, to only find that a message appeared that my device wasn't supported. WHY.... Nothing I did to correct this issue helped. Yet, my account information came up even after I uninstalled the app.. Then I found I could finnish with my cart from a previous log on. Money going to Sam's seemed not to be an issue. I removed my items. No money from me. I don't have time for this nonsense!!!

I agree with the other reviews. The old app was fine oh, I was able to order groceries and pick up at curbside now I can't do any of that. I would like to rate it a negative 10
