Buggy at checkout. As a picky eater I like this app because it makes it very easy to customize while avoiding miscommunication and being a hassle in the drive through. However, more often than not now, I put my order in and the very last step it says something went wrong. At least you can still scan your points in from your receipt. I will give a higher review when this is fixed.

Decent app, good food, but very hard to save money now. I'm getting tired of all fast food places deciding we want but fancy menu items and combos and are willing to pay the "premium price". I don't. I need a way to save money. Everything is expensive and my full time job doesn't pay enough. Give me SOMETHING I can buy for a dollar or two, I'm begging. At the very least put a deal in your app occasionally, you can at least save some money on the Wendy's & McDonald's apps.

Very inconsistent app. There also needs to be an easier way to find contact info or report an issue with incorrect orders/missing items that can be resolved more quickly b/c it happens almost every other order. Also, free delivery should be able to be paired with regular rewards as the rewards are offered by taco bell, and the free delivery is a door dash perk. The customizing options are really nice - but are often not noticed by the employees, so it often results in being overcharged.
