I got charged twice for the same order minus the rewards discount for a free crispy cantina taco. The app said their was an error In placing the order. I restarted the app and the cart was still full. I re-purchased without the discount. When got the confirmation email it had the full price first and then got a second email with discount price. I only got one order of food and when I disputed it, I couldn't even get an email back! Don't get screwd by the app! Order In person!

Placing orders is easy enough but after I select everything and try to place the order, it seems like every time I try to use the app it's down. "Uh oh something went wrong but we're working on it".... You've been working on it. Don't have items that you can only order online if you can't order them online 90% of the time. Great app. But fix it

Need to be able to change the restaurant you order from for delivery. App didn't realize the closest store was closed and it would not let me choose a different store to deliver from so it just kept sending the order to the closed store. Just let me pick which location to order from. Also very unintuitive menu design, why is the add to bag button at the top and the view bag button clears whatever current item you're working on
