Terrible bank. Terrible app. It glitched and got stuck on the enable notifications screen. Then I tried to close the app and reopen. It told me my password was incorrect and locked me out. The only reason I am downloading the app at all is so I can close my account. The app is required to speak to customer service. There is no phone number or desktop option...

Terrible banking institution, do not download this app and do not trust them with your money. They do not operate like most banking institutions. Depositing checks takes an obscene amount of time, always 7 to 9 days. Using your debit card is next to impossible. Every single transaction is declined initially until you authorize it through the app. It is quite frustrating having your card declined wherever you're trying to use it. I was told that nothing can be done and I have to live with it

Love NOVO!! Best banking ever! Quick and easy deposit, transfers, and bill pay. You can set up reserve accounts for state taxes or budget towards big future purchases. Thought not being able to communicate physically would make banking online hard. Not the case! I mistakenly entered a lower amount for a check I deposited they were quick and efficient in correcting my error within a couple of business days. Everything you'll need is on the app. I have only ever needed to contact NOVO once.
