You can only add $5 increments that you load as eCards onto the app. No option to just take funds directly from my own credit card. You will always end up with a small amount of money that isn't enough for a drink so you have to add money again. The app also deleted one of my eCards with a small amount of funds left and I can't find it in my account. Customer service stopped replying to my messages asking for help. Don't recommend this sketchy app!

Major issue I have with this app is with the payment option. You cannot directly pay with credit card, which is a basic function any online ordering would offer. You are required to reload a tpass card and you can only reload in increments of $5. It adds an extra inconvenient step for no good reason.

I've had this app for a while but can't use it. I live in Central Valley which includes cities like Tracy, Manteca, Modesto, Stockton. I live in Tracy and it doesn't even have the T4 where I live. In fact, it only locates areas in Bay Area like Dublin, Pleasonton which are closes to me but still quote far. If you guys could update your locations as this app is useless to me and we have Boba on the daily
