This app used to be wonderful, I would scan in my receipts, and it would give bonus points right away. That was great! Now, I scan and flag the item(s) that qualify for bonus points to go to review. When checking back, I find the flag removed and no bonus points. This app is turning into a job that someone on the app side should be doing, not me. And yes, I have contacted customer support and have no solution yet. Please remove the games, I am not interested in them,and they take space

Loved it at FIRST. I loved the simplicity of the app and I love that you could fix errors on the receipts. I like that the products for which you can earn extra points rotates and some stay the same. However, within the last 6 months, there have been more missed items on my receipts for which I have submitted corrections. It's almost 1 out of every 3 receipts. And I don't believe I'm getting credit for those corrections either. *Appreciate tech support reaching out quickly! But still same issue.

Hello, we're sorry you've run into an issue when snapping receipts! Let's see if clearing cache resolves it: open the settings of your device > tap Apps > select Fetch > tap Storage > tap Clear Cache/Clear Storage. After that, uninstall/reinstall the app. Please email support@fetch.com if the problem persists. Thanks!

App was updated this year to include playing games that you have to download. Therefore, adding more memory to the phone and increased chance of junk added to your phone. Now, for the past few days, It states that the Amazon receipts are in maintenance mode. Which doesn't make any sense for this many days. I entered a ticket-no response so far. Now I'm losing points when I purchase from Amazon. This app used to be very simple & straightforward. Now it's just junk.
