I truly hate *HATE* my HP printer, plus this app. Worst decision ever. I wish I could explain everything that is wrong with this app, my printer, et al ... but it would take 50+ pages. My advice: don't buy HP, & definitely don't install this app

I've always loved HP until this last printer! installed plug in and smart app, I should be able to just use WiFi without cellular, I also should be able to print offline I'm sick of the app not showing to my devices I purchased it for printing wirelessly! what a joke it showed HP advanced saying it might have to go through different systems or whatever & you printed out more WiFi Direction's! HP owes me 2bl & 2color 4 all the wasted ink & paper! Uninstalled cuz it doesn't matter what app!

Working as expected, some negative reviews are simply people not sure what this application is for. Unless you are part of a company that uses HPA solution don't install it, and ofc certain models are not support because they are not MFP devices or they are simply 10+ years old, HP makes robust printers but they simply cannot support it software wise for long periods.
