You can't really depend on the information that it gives you. I'm not in the app often but in the few times that I have gone into it, several times it is told me that my modem is offline and the app wants to run diagnostics and restart my modem. The only problem is, is that the modem is working fine. Also, you can't see precise data usage like I can with my Xfinity business account. Thanks Xfinity.

In the app, WiFi, View WiFi equipment, Advanced section, port forwarding. I can no longer edit my settings, it just says "something went wrong" and has been that way for more than 6 months. It's frustrating that I use to be able to do this with no issues through the web interface.

Can't manually remove devices through the app, you have to completely reboot your router in order to actually boot a device off your WiFi if you dont have physical access to it. This "Arris device" randomly connecting to your router seems like a ridiculously big issue that Xfinity should be able to solve easily. All of my devices being put at risk?!?! I'm gonna have to pay for this Internet to be putting my information at risk. This is ridiculous.
