WHAT IS THE KETO DIET?

The keto diet (also known as a ketogenic diet, low carb diet and LCHF diet) is a low carbohydrate, high-fat diet. Maintaining a low carb diet is great for weight loss. Moreover, according to an increasing number of studies, a low carb diet helps reduce risk factors for diabetes, heart diseases, stroke, Alzheimer’s, epilepsy, and more!

I used to use this app all the time. But it hasn't worked (it just spins) for the last two weeks. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled it. Hoping this would (fix) this problem. But got the same results (SPINING!!) Soooo disappointed. PLUS, it has too many ads now. I couldn't even put in a meal or exercise without having to stop for an ad between each item added.

This is a waste of time, I did the subscription and after 2 weeks it stopped meal planning, I have contacted them multiple times to find out what was going on a week past with no response except the initial they are looking into it, then their meal plan format changed making me reinput weight and goals to reset up and then they tell me no matter what I select or don't select they don't have enough variety to meal plan for me.

98% of the items I scan come up with wrong nutritional information, and I have to edit just about every time. An ad after every task is very annoying, but I don't want to pay for a better or premium one just yet. A few years ago, I used a different app, and scanning was free. They all seem to charge now for scanning or more features.
