I had this app a couple years ago and got rid of it primarily because I didn't want to load my account in $50 increments. Most store specific apps have the option to top up $20, $50, $100, and a field for the user to customize their own dollar amount (ex. $15, $25, $30, $200). I don't swing by for boba often enough for me to justify dropping $50, and I'm a little surprised that the only available top up options are still $50 and $100.

Edit from previous 1 star review- i can order from the app now, but one issue i encounter is the slider on the checkout window is like 70% covered by the bottom navigation buttons of my phone(back, home,etc) making it almost impossible to complete the order. The app went from being completely unusable for a year to manageable. My workaround was to enable screen rotation to horizontal, allowing me full access to the slider. I'm running the latest Android on a pixel 6 pro

So many things wrong with this app both technologically and morally. I'll start with the tech. It's incredibly buggy. Hard to open and login and other times the app just stops working altogether. Some features on the app have a UI but sont have any function. Morally, its such a money grab. Every purchase, they default you to tip. Why would I tip if I'm picking it up? Do you tip your local McDonalds? They only let you refill set amounts(cant refill enough to cover the drink cost).
