The app worked great for the first eighteen months i used it. I didn't have any trouble with it. But here recently I've been experiencing trouble with it. For example the rewards points program thst is a feature of the app,. For the month of march i had tallied up over a thousand points. But when i refilled my service for the month of April.. my points had been reduced to having only five hundred. And I had not redeemed any of my rewards points.

I happen to like totalwireless for the plans and coverage. Unfortunately there app needs work. It works good until I really need it. It gives me the same error "invalid response" over and over and it is infuriating. The worst part is that even their webpage is the same.I am so close to switching. Choose totalwireless with caution. They don't try to scam you or constantly try to sell you something which I appreciate, but like I said I'm so close to paying more money for a better service provider

Been using this service for years. Somethings wrong now. It's being slow. I don't have a connection. Yet I have service. Its not my phone. It matches up with others reviews recently. To be exact, looking at the app, I was maxed out on my data. But your service says 10gb high speed then 2g after. Well it's not working at all when I'm maxed out on the data. And yes I have 2 service days left. Nothing of that sort.
